1. Who we are

ODOMA Travel Limited (company number 17398755) is registered in England and Wales. In this policy, “ODOMA”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ODOMA Travel Limited. For personal information that we decide how and why to use, we are the data controller.

For privacy questions, contact info@odomatravel.com. We do not publish a residential address on this website.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the service you request, we may collect:

  • identity and contact details, including name, title, email, telephone number, date of birth and address;
  • traveller details, including nationality, passport or identity-document information, loyalty numbers and passenger preferences;
  • booking details, itineraries, baggage, seats, special requests, payment status, changes, cancellations and correspondence;
  • information about health, accessibility, dietary or religious requirements where you choose to provide it and it is needed for your journey;
  • website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, security logs and essential cookie data;
  • marketing preferences and records of consent; and
  • information supplied by another person making a booking for you.

If you book for another traveller, you must have their permission to give us their information and make this policy available to them. Children’s information should be provided by a parent, guardian or authorised adult.

3. How and why we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you solely by automated means.

4. Who we share information with

We share only what is reasonably necessary with organisations involved in providing or supporting your service, which may include:

  • Duffel, airlines and other flight-booking or travel-support suppliers;
  • payment providers, banks, fraud-prevention and identity-verification services;
  • technology, hosting, communications and customer-support providers;
  • professional advisers, insurers, auditors and accountants; and
  • regulators, law-enforcement bodies, courts or other authorities where required by law.

Travel suppliers and payment providers may act as separate data controllers and apply their own privacy policies. A booking may require information to be processed outside the United Kingdom, including in the country you are travelling to. Where data-protection law requires it, we use recognised safeguards for international transfers, such as adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.

5. Payments

Card payments may be collected by a payment provider or travel supplier. ODOMA does not intend to store complete card numbers or card security codes on its website. The provider processing your payment will use your payment information under its own terms and privacy notice.

6. Cookies and website storage

We may use essential cookies or similar local storage needed for security, language or currency preferences, booking functionality and installation of the ODOMA web app. If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will request consent before using them where the law requires.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only while it is needed for the purposes described above. As a general guide, booking, transaction and accounting records may be retained for up to six years after the relevant transaction or relationship ends. Routine enquiries may be kept for up to two years. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them, with a limited suppression record retained to respect your choice.

Some information may be kept for longer where required by law, a supplier’s booking rules, an active complaint, fraud prevention or legal proceedings. We securely delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.

8. Security

We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online service is completely risk-free, so please do not send payment-card security codes, passwords or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to provide a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or transfer information you provided. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier lawful use.

To make a request, email info@odomatravel.com. We may need to verify your identity. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the opportunity to resolve your concern first.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change. The latest version and its update date will always appear on this page.
